Hi everyone! Thanks so much for joining me for my first Friday Favorites post. In honor of it being the FIRST day of December I’m going to share with you some of my holiday favorites that get me in the spirit of the season.

NESPRESSO MACHINE – This tradition was started by one of our family friends. They bought the machine, became obsessed, and when they made me my first latte I was obsessed too! I am a huge Starbucks fan, but with an average price of $5 a drink my monthly bill on Starbucks can get a little excessive. The Nespresso is a great alternative. I recommend the duo below (it’s the exact one I have), the espresso machine AND the aeroccino so that you can make lattes. If you prefer to just drink your espresso black then no need to buy the aeroccino. So far I have just been making chai tea lattes with espresso, but I can’t wait to make some holiday versions similar to the styles at Starbucks. Right now this product is on SUPER SALE on Amazon and would make a great gift for anyone in the family.
Martha Stewart Living Pre-Lit 7.5ft Artificial Tree – I grew up going to the Christmas tree lot and picking out a real tree every year, but this year Jake and I decided to buy a fake tree. I absolutely fell in love with this Martha Stewart Alexander Pine tree with pinecones and warm lights. It’s seriously stunning. Below is a picture of the tree in my own home. Luckily, I got it on super sale at Home Depot during their big Black Friday sales weekend. However, I still think that at only $218 it is a total bargain for such a beautiful tree. If you’re like me and used to buying a real tree, I think this tree is a great transition.
RED NAILS – There’s nothing more festive than red nails! One of my favorite things to get in the holiday spirit is to have festive fingernails, but this year now that I have Kensley I can’t just pop over to the nail salon whenever I want. Instead I bought the prettiest, Christmas red GEL nail polish by Sally Hansen. I highly recommend going with the Mircale Gel polish and top coat if you want your nails to look professional and the color to not chip. For me, regular nail polish chips off in a matter of hours with all the dishes I scrub lately! The miracle gel does not require a heat lamp, and I think it dries quicker than regular polish.
Shutterfly Christmas Card – I was on top of it this year and already sent out our Christmas Card made by Shutterfly. Every year I try to find the website with the best deal and prettiest cards because who doesn’t love getting Christmas cards in the mail?!? Right now Shutterfly has 50% off basically EVERYTHING including their premium holiday cards using code BEST. The sale ends December 3rd. I would definitely take advantage of this while you can!! Below is our Christmas Card this year, which I think is the best yet…probably because it has my favorite little human ever in it!!
That’s it for this week!
